Tina—my point of contact—was competent, always available, and consistently cheerful. If she couldn’t answer my question, she would confer with the tech lead or finance to get me a precise answer. Even when I was frustrated with insurance, Tina’s can-do attitude kept everything on track.

Will was the Tech Lead for my car and I appreciated being able to email him directly to talk through options. The final product was fabulous—the new paint matched perfectly and K&M buffed the entire car. They even coached me on a DIY ceramic coat afterward. Colleagues keep complimenting my wife on how good the car looks.
