Only genuine OEM parts are guaranteed to fit your vehicle according to the manufacturer specifications with no gaps or imperfections. Body shops in the DRP sacrifice quality repair work at the insurance company’s request to save money by using junk or aftermarket parts, but only OEM parts were made according to the same factory standards as the original parts on your Ford.

We want to make the time after an accident as stress free as we can for all our customers, that’s why K&M Collision works with all insurance companies. However, if the insurance company recommends the use of junk or aftermarket parts, we are not contractually obligated to agree with them. Insurance companies that are known for “steering” their policy holders to shops in their Direct Repair Program (DRP) will send those shops referrals and in exchange those shops use junk or discounted parts to save the insurance company money. K&M never uses junk or discounted parts to save the insurance company money. Our only priority is providing you with high quality Ford Certified repair work.

K& M is AWESOME! Kyle the service manager and Tina were both so informative and was willing to answer any of my questions. The line of communication that both of them had was amazing. They had my safety in mind most of all.

K&M was a breath of fresh air after getting into an accident that wasn’t my fault. Knowledgeable staff reassured me that if my car was repairable they would be able to get it back to factory specs. Kyle really felt like an advocate for me throughout the process.
