At K&M Collision, customer safety has always been our top priority. As a collision repair facility, the repairs we provide to those with damaged vehicles are considered an essential service and we are open for business. With Coronavirus Virus (COVID-19) concerns increasingly growing throughout the world, we want to assure you that we are proactively implementing enhanced protocols to ensure your safety and that we are open for business as usual.

We are closely monitoring guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control regarding the spread of the virus. Our focus is to ensure we meet customer needs while doing everything we can to keep you, our employees, and our communities safe.

Here are the actions we are taking to ensure your safety:

  • We have enhanced the techniques used to clean our vehicles after each repair. Our employees are paying special attention to interior and exterior customer touchpoints such as seats, steering wheels, door handles, and other hard surfaces.
  • Our technicians are practicing social distancing and proper hygiene throughout their work day.
  • We are cleaning our facilities frequently with sanitizing products, in addition to implementing a rigorous protocol for the sanitization of each customer's vehicle.
  • We are offering Free Pickup and Delivery of customer vehicles, as well as paperless, digital options throughout the repair process.
